Policies & Cancellation and other fees:

• There is a 4 hour minimum for each booking.
• If the booking is canceled with less than 28 hours notice, the client is responsible for paying the minimum booking hourly fee. (4 hours)
• If you cancel within 28 hours of the service $45 cancellation fee policy will apply.
• General cancellation fee is $20 if outside of 28-hours
• Rates vary for families sharing a sitter, play dates, Emergency Babysitter or parties, or weddings. ($5 per hour per child)
• The agency must be notified ahead of time of any special needs for your service.
• The Clients agrees to not contact the babysitters directly when they are not on duty. If you are in need of another service, please contact Love & Care Sitters agency directly, if this so happens, then it will become legal matter
• The client must agree to pay the parking fee of the hotel where the babysitter will cover the service, if is any.
